We are aware of the upcoming AGMs. We will have our solicitor present at all of them.
So, Iva & Co. say they are working in the interests of owners, which is a laugh. Yet again, along with Manol, they are calling an AGM to install Iva as the management agent.
This comes, once again, in December, when owners cannot fly to Burgas, and even more so when Burgas airport is closed for the next six months or so.
We also note that their agenda does not include online voting as they do not want you to have your say on that day or going forward. If they wanted you to really have a voice, why would they not let you vote online from whichever part of the world you are in?
Iva & Co. has been granted full access to Sunset Resort’s contact database, which SRIOC does not have access to.
This again is an apparent attempt to override our property rights by trying to bully and scare owners into signing a slave contract and creating a closed resort.
Also, in recent times, Manol answered questions on ETA roof charges sent through legal channels. He stated that the only way the roof repairs or the money would be returned was through a vote at an AGM. So why did they not put this on the ETA agenda? They would have to prove they have this money, which we believe they can’t prove.
A number of owners did not receive this invitation from the official manager, Manol Manolov and only received it from Iva & Co, which is very strange and also illegal.
We see that Boyan, aka Manol, is only letting Iva be his trusted minion for one year. Not much trust there then! As we said, we will wait to see what happens in 2027. Boyan will be back to milk the Golden Cash Cow.
