We have been made aware of the recent correspondence from Manol Manolov, the Condo manager.
This is a follow-up email from Clare Daly, who asked Boyan for clarification on the roof charges and plans for repairs. Boyan promptly replied, stating that Manol would inform the owners, which he has now done. This is why all ETA owners received this email. Your role in this process is crucial, and we kindly ask all ETAs to hold off on taking any action on this until we receive further clarification from our solicitor and Boyan.

We cannot overstate the value of Clare Daly MEP’s support in our fight for property rights in Sunset Resort Bulgaria. Clare has been persistent in naming and shaming those responsible and holding them accountable both in Bulgaria and the EU. Travelling to Bulgaria on three occasions for meetings on our behalf. Recently, Clare and Mick supported our EU petition and spoke passionately on our behalf in the EU, ensuring that other MEPs did the same. Clare’s support for us has never faltered, and we would be lost without her guidance and support over the years. We still need Clare and Mick in power for our cause and for all the other causes they fight for that otherwise would not be highlighted. So, we urge you to get your family and friends to support Clare Daly and Mick Wallace with your number one vote.
Please note that the SRIOC contacted all EU MEPs from Ireland, but only Clare and Mick showed interest in our cause. So, when the MEP candidates approach you for your vote, ask them why they didn’t support us. We reached out to all of them multiple times and even requested their support for our recent EU petition, but we received no response. Please ask the candidates if they will support our cause if they are elected.
